Customer Reviews

"Excellent experience with Fairgrounds Towing. They were professional, friendly, and made a stressful situation much easier. The driver arrived promptly, handled everything with care, and provided great customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend!" Thank you Craig & Isaiah for a job well done.

I cannot thank Fairgrounds Towing and especially our driver, Isaiah, enough. Our rental car broke down on the remote US-199 border on a Saturday night. After being stranded for over 6 hours in the dark with our 2-year-old toddler, Isaiah arrived and completely saved our family. He didn’t just tow the car; he went completely above and beyond by personally helping us check multiple hotels for vacancy. Isaiah was incredibly kind, empathetic, and professional during a terrifying nightmare. He is an absolute hero. Five stars are not enough!

Excellent service with high-quality fuel at a great price! They have a decent snack selection and the staff really goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of!

This tow company I called out got me out of a tough spot with some insane skill. Isaiah from here pulled my car out of a tough to reach ditch carefully, professionally, with great precision, and like it was a work of art to watch. Not a bit of unnecessary or unavoidable damage done to get it out, and all for a beautiful price. I couldn't be happier with the job done. Thank you!

Isaiah saved us on the side of I5 going up a pass with a huge toyhauler. Ran out of diesel and he knew exactly how to prime the truck and get us going again. He was quick, friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful!! Thanks again Isaiah!!!

Tonight my car was hit from the back while parked at work. Isaiah came out and towed me home safe and sound. I was impressed with his professionalism and the conversation we had while gi ing me a lift home as well. Would recommend them over and over again. Thank you guys.

Have used Fairgrounds towing and Isaiah twice in the last week. Great worker with a great attitude. Handled my car with the utmost care and professionalism. Thanks for the great work Isaiah!!!

I contacted Fairgrounds Towing and spoke to a gentleman named Craig. He was friendly, helpful, and even offered a few suggestions to try on my "dead" car before paying the expense of a tow. Unfortunately I did need the tow after all and his driver showed up right on time, hooked up my car, and delivered it to the dealer perfectly. The next day my car was fixed and I was up and running again! Great towing service, friendly, professional, and careful. This is the towing service to use.

My pop-up camper blew a tire on I-5 on a Sunday evening. I started to look up tow companies in Grants Pass to start calling for assistance. I called Fairgrounds Towing first since they had the highest rating. They were friendly and fast! I was super thankful to have found help so quickly being a Sunday evening and in 100 degree heat. Thank you all so much for the rescue! A+

10/10 owner Craig is a genius and everyone there is so nice. Our coolant cap was open and we were driving and he notices right away and helped us. I am so grateful! Thanks guys!!

They were great with working with me. I was out in Portland and my husband got stuck out in the middle of the woods that way. They took the longer drive out in the evening to take care of him. It wasn't super cheap but it was fair on pricing these days.

Amazing! Lost my car key in the river, and the whole ordeal has been costing me an arm and a leg. They helped me stay in my budget and even got my car unlocked my car. Best service in the grants pass area by far

I can't say enough good things about Fairgrounds Towing and especially Craig. He made a difficult and stressful tow look easy, and was very patient and helpful with a great attitude! I appreciate him so much!

Great company, nice guys. William is super helpful and willing to go out of his way to help. I don't remember the other guys name (I'm so sorry) but they were both amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

The gentleman who helped us with our battery problem went above and beyond to make sure that he did everything he could to help us. I wish I had caught his name because we are very appreciative of his help. Definitely recommend their service. Thank you!

Craig Harris at Fairgrounds Towing is AWESOME. When nobody else would help me with some fuel to get out of the middle of the road, he did. Thank you so very much
